This is the view from our apartment. We have a small balcony where we can sit and look at the mountains.

One of the ministries taking place here through our team is sports ministries: baseball and football. This is the first game we went to.

This is me, my room mate Tori, and new friend Mirela at the river which runs next the the city park. It is so beautiful and calming there!
Tori and I are eating at a Serbian restraunt that serves traditional dishes... we ate WAY too much - thanks Merila!

This is me with my classfor our first award ceremony. They are so much fun and it is exciting to get to know them all.

Hey Shelly,
I'm so glad that you are able to share all this with us. It gives us a chance to see the landscape and hear about all of your adventures. I will be coming back to check on how things are going and maybe get to see some more pictures. It sure is pretty over there. God is working miracles through you and will continue to gude you. I ask that you please keep my mom in your prayers cause she isn't doing well right now and she is going downhill kind of fast. She needs our prayers. We will keep you in our prayers as well. We love you. Keep up the good work.

Hello Shelly, It appears that your trip to Serbia has been filled with both challenges and personal/spiritual growth for you and I can see that both you and others who have come to know you and the Lord have benefitted greatly from your mission trip. I want to offer my condolences for the loss of your grandfather and am happy that you have realized he is now in a much better place. I will continue to pray for God's shield to protect you so that you may continue to spread the Good News of his love and kindness. God bless you for your continued dedication in the midst of your personal struggles. In Christian Fellowship, Wayne
